What is the delivery time?

We use Australia Post to deliver our parcels to AUS and NZ.
Shipping within AUS takes between 3-7 business days, while 5-10 business days in NZ.

To USA and all other countries take between 15-25 business days (depending on your local post services).

*Please make sure your delivery address is correct to avoid delays.
*Once the order has been dispatched, it’s no longer possible to make changes on the shipping address. We encourage everyone to always double-check the address before placing the order.
*We do not grant refunds if an item is in transit.
*Re-delivery of returned orders due to an incomplete, incorrect address or uncollected parcels, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order re-shipped to the correct shipping address.
*FOR UAE customers, please provide your PO BOX address as your order will be delivered by Emirates Post.

How much profit from each product sold goes towards charity?

How long does the serum last if used daily?

With every delivery you’ll receive a 1 month supply. Regular use is recommended to maintain happy hair so the product is unlikely to expire. The 125ml bottles would last 1 month if used daily.

How does the 60 day money back guarantee work?

We are confident and stand by our product, that it really does work! Although, if you’re totally not satisfied with our product after using for 60 days, we will refund your money back. 

To qualify for a refund, we ask that you use the product consistently every day.  Also we ask you to submit before and after photos using the Folli product.

Refund requests will only be reviewed if they have been submitted within 60 days of receiving the product.

Please provide returned item within 60 days from the delivery date, you'll need to pay for postage and provide a tracking number (at your own cost).

No refunds on products already discounted or on subscription.

Refunds exclude incurred delivery fee of $10.

How to cancel a subscription?

We know our customers get the full benefit of the natural active ingredients when they're using the product daily for a minimum of 90 days*

To cancel simply email our customer support team 7 days before your debit date: sales@hairfolli.com

For cancellation before the minimum 3 month period incurs an administration fee of $50. No cancellation fee applies after this period.

*Paused and delayed subscriptions will not add to the 90 day period.

We know that growing hair takes time, and we want you to get the most benefit out of the active ingredients.

Your subscribe and save option leaves you hassle free, getting your order delivered to your door each month automatically.

Once subscription fee has been deducted from your account and the order has been shipped, we will not be able to intercept the parcel or provide a refund.

It's your responsibility to ensure that you have sufficient funds in your nominated account to satisfy payment for subscription during each billing period, and you agree to reimburse us for any loss or damage suffered by us in connection with non-payment of the subscription fee.
